Body Coach

Pick the part of your body you want to train. Body Coach suggests an exercise that fits, shows you how to use the machine, and then works out your next weight, reps and sets from how the last session actually went.

How it works

  1. Tap where you want to train A body map, not a list of muscle names. You don't need to know any anatomy.
  2. Get three suggestions, not thirty Machines first, filtered to the equipment your gym actually has.
  3. Learn the machine on the spot Step-by-step setup and the one thing to watch out for.
  4. Log the sets you did Weight and reps, with the target already filled in.
  5. Answer one question Easy, about right, or too hard — plus a way to flag anything that felt off.
  6. Your next target is ready No spreadsheets, no working out what to add. It's waiting for you next time.

What makes it different

It adjusts itself

Clear every set and it moves you up. Miss some and it holds. Report discomfort and it stops adding weight — and offers something else if it keeps happening.

Your gym's machine counts

If a machine isn't in the catalogue, add it yourself in three fields. It then works exactly like every built-in exercise, progression included.

Loads you can actually set

Targets land on the plates and pins your equipment really offers, in kilograms or pounds. Switching units never touches your records.

It's a log, not a doctor

Body Coach never diagnoses anything. Discomfort just pauses progression and points you at an alternative.
